Purim - March 20-21, 2019

Purim is a holiday that is celebrated every year to commemorate the salvation of the Jewish people in ancient Persia from Haman’s plot “to destroy, kill and annihilate all the Jews, young and old, infants and women, in a single day.” For more info about the story and the four mitzvot of Purim, check out www.chabadofcmu.com/Purim. Megillah Reading- Wednesday, March 20th, 8 PM 
Bagels, Lox and Megillah- Thurs., March 21st, 12:30 pm in the Chapel foyer (CUC, 1st fl.)

Come hear the megillah being read, followed by a bagel lunch.



Hamentashen Bakings-

Learn how to shape the cookies and choose your own fillings. The best part is getting to eat them at the end!
